I haven’t seen Broad City. What’s it about? I know about the racism and just ugh gross.
Seriously? Then why does everyone like it? I liked Allison Williams on her two episodes on the Mindy Project and thought “oh you can be funny and not annoying”. My TV Spec prof said it makes him want to drive a pick axe in his skull. I’m 5 minutes into this and the parents are like “Hannah we can’t support you after two years of being out of college”. SHE DOESN’T GET HOW LUCKY SHE IS! Get a minimum wage job like everyone else and get your shit together. This is why I’m writing my sitcom which is the opposite of this shit. A lot of girls, obviously the more popular ones, really love and relate to this show and I’m like how??

I thought maybe I was being too judgmental about Girls since the two episodes I saw in class weren’t in order. I’m watching the pilot…and wow, these people suck. Is that the point? Is it supposed to be like Seinfeld or Sunny where they kinda (or in Sunny’s case) really suck, but we love them anyway?
